Their call center was great. They showed up early, which was nice. They texted before they showed up and they got the job down the same day. The only reason why you get four out of five very expensive.

The work of Jose Diaz with Johnny on the Spot was excellent. He was in constant contact and arrived promptly. He performed his service in an expedited manner and took excellent care of the house. We appreciate the service.
Travis did a great job installing a pressure relief valve on our main (which should have been done by the builder 25 years ago). He was very engaging and professional. This is the second time I've used Johnny on the Spot and would highly recommend them.
Johnny on the Spot has fixed a few AC issues for us over the years. Most recently, Bryant did a great job fixing the transformer on our broken furnace. The office staff is nice as well.
John and his employees are dedicated and knowledgeable. They provide great customer service and really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. James has done a great job servicing my home for years!
