Very kind, respectful of my property, clearly smart as well. He was honest about my heater too. He was my second tech to take a look at it and the first tech from a different company quoted me $2300 to repair the broken part. Cassey from Johnny On The Spot came and said he could replace a piece of the part for $500. My heater is back up and running and I saved a lot of money, especially during this holiday season. 10/10, I'll be returning when I need the old heater replaced.

Finally I have clean, no dust or buggy ducts spreading that gray film everywhere. Cassey spent hours removing, cleaning and then replacing each room's ceiling grill after a massive hepa vacuum and power brush sucked out years of junk. I'm very glad I had this work done. Really great equipment and great a great HVAC tech. Clean you home now.

Bryant is knowledgeable and was able to explain the questions that I had about the burner especially when he noticed a spark while he was tuning the burner. He found out there was a wire not plugged in tightly enough. When I asked what that wire was for, he promptly looked at the electric diagram and explained it was for the blower. If it is not connected, he said the burner would overheat and broke down. I am glad he noticed it and resolved it. Otherwise, I will be looking at a big expense in the future. We both wondered how did this come about.

They replaced my AC/Furnace and when my water heater started leaking I called them to replace that too. The prices are more than fair and seemed more reasonable than other companies. The guys have always been more than professional. They will continue to be my first call!
