A little bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but the plumber, Alex Ramirez was professional, friendly and finished the job quickly. Everything works great.

Jose conducted an evaluation of our HVAC system under the maintenance agreement. He said that everything is operating within acceptable parameters. We haven't received a report of the details yet, but we appreciate that he adjusted the timing of our Aprilaire unit and he changed our interior filters per our request. He also provided estimates for duct cleaning and upgrade to an air scrubber. We look forward to making comparisons during the Spring Maintenance Visit.
