It was time for maintenance on my heating system. Jordan was amazing he arrived right on time he was very professional he checked the system from top to bottom when he was finished my heater was working better than ever. I would recommend Johnny on the spot to anyone who needs heating or cooling service they are by far the best heating or cooling company I've used in the Vegas area.
Jose was really knowledgeable & took pictures to explain what was going on & what was needed. I appreciated his patience & the fact that he didn't rush through job.
Just had our heater serviced by Bryant. Pleased with Bryant arriving on time, his service & wearing booties & a mask while in our home. So far so good with the installation & service of our HVAC system by Johnny on the Spot several years ago.
I have never had a more pleasurable experience with a vendor in Las Vegas than I had with Johnny On The Spot techs, James C, Hector S. and Eric. They are professional, knowledgeable and very courteous.
