Jomari Roldan of the plumbing division of Johnny on the Spot came out to give all of our plumbing fixtures an inspection. He was courteous, polite, helpful and very professional and thorough. The tech was efficient and very knowledgeable about the service that was done. The plumbing inspection was a great service and explained the age and issues with the water heater.

Technician was on time and did a very good job checking out the system. Compressor caught fire due to faulty relay so had to be replaced. Job was done in 4 hours with 10 year warranty, I have 11 rentals and use them exclusively for all of my AC repairs. Too bad they don't do plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone. Good company and good employees.
Update 7/24/2024. They have done 2 more installations for me and James always gives me the best price possible. They do have plumbing now so I try to use as much as possible if they can meet my time frame. They always respond very quickly. Technicians are always friendly and do their best.
