It was a pleasure dealing with a company that has people who are great at customer service. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The communication was wonderful from the time the appointment was booked. My appointment was between 11-2. I received a message when Bryant my technician was on the way. He was professional, courteous and fixed my heater. I appreciated his honesty as well. He did not replace things that didn't need to be replaced. I am happy to have heat and I know that my unit will need to be replaced soon. Bryant provided me with a couple of good estimates. He also provided pictures of my unit and explained what he did.
I would highly recommend this company.
I used Johnny on the spot for a new HVAC system replacement of original 25 old system. I am very pleased with their work and the whole experience from the start to finish including the estimates. Hector and his crew were very professional, polite and experienced. Everything listed on my estimate work order was completed and in one day. They answer any questions we had and explain everything.
