We recently had our "Spring" air conditioning check up done by Frank Velarde from Johnny On The Spot. He arrived on time, explained what his process was going to be and was receptive to our questions. He was one of the better service techs that we have had to our house the last few years. We will ask to have him come back when we schedule the fall furnace check up.
