During the hottest period of the year on a holiday we got next day service. They arrived on time and communicated via text the whole time. The tech (Gabriel) was polite, friendly and clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had cool air blowing within 30 minutes.

I just had my AC tune-up and dryer vents cleaned out by Johnny on the Spot. They installed two AC units previously and have always been professional and done a good job. And if there ever is an issue they always take care of it and make sure the costumer is taken care of. The only reason I don't mark 5 stars is occasionally there have been some minor hiccups over the three years I've used them, but as I said they always make things right in the end.

This company has outstanding technical service and customer service. Our tech Duran explained everything to us and what needed to be fixed. He was thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. We have been a customer for two years and wouldn't think of going to any other company. We highly recommend them.
