Luis and KC were prompt polite, professional and prompt. They were able to diagnose and fix my ac problem right away. They installed new filters and fixed a problem that had plagued my a/c efficiency for years and other service providers have missed during several service calls! Yes! A hole in my duct work. They quickly patched it. I'm wondering if this is the cause of my soaring bills along with the 11% electric company rate increases (quarterly)? These two gentlemen are worth their weight in gold!! Alex was very helpful with our plumbing issues. Even though he was unable to fix our plumbing problem at this time his advice was extremely helpful.
Great Experience- we were lucky that we cleaned the dryer vent when we did. It was a mess! And definitely a Fire hazard. Luiz showed me the before and after pics - wow- this is something you definitely need to stay on top of!

Technicians Alex & Gabriel came out to check for what I thought was a Master Bathroom leak based upon a drip sound in the wall.. Since they didn't detect evidence of a water leak, they recommended I hire a leak detection company instead of opening up walls. They also determined the house water pressure exceeded normal limits.
I appreciate their professionalism in assessing the situation & the fact they weren't immediately prompted to tear up drywall for what may not be a leak. I took their advice & scheduled the leak detection company.
I would certainly recommend this company because of Alex & Gabriel's honest assessment of my situation.
Plumbing inspection were explained and performed with excellent professionalism. The replacement of the pressure reducing valve was done with good quality work. Alex did an excellent job and will call for his service again.
