I'm so thankful that I purchased the yearly plan so We were able to identify a problem as well as getting a call at the right time to service my unit!!! With the crazy temperatures we have in North Las Vegas an air conditioner, always needs to be serviced and running properly.
Bryant & Jose replaced the part said unit was Now up and running at Peak performance ????????????
